With a college diploma in electrodynamics, Mr. Bérubé obtained a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering in 1987 and another in business administration in 1990. He then became a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec in 1991.

Over the course of his more than 25-year career, he has acquired experience in project and personnel management, administration, contract negotiation, construction, and commissioning, as well as operations and maintenance, both nationally and internationally. Mr. Bérubé’s main sectors of activity are power generation (hydraulic and thermal), oil and gas, water treatment, and industrial and institutional buildings. He also develops technical and administrative procedures for the structuring of various corporate services.

In 2022, he was appointed to the position of President of Regulvar inc. In this role, and with his extensive knowledge and experience, Mr. Bérubé contributes to the Company’s ongoing development. Among his many objectives for the Company, he is focused on consolidating Regulvar’s position in the Quebec market and maintaining its leadership in advanced building automation technology.
